The jolly season, I’m not going home this year instead I’m going to stay in Bolton, working on projects, look for a job, get some chips, I know for everyone that spends the xmas away from your family can be hard but can be a time to keep the focus on some other important things…Ah santa, next year don’t be such a douche!

This is a very life-like humanoid called Jules. Humanoids are any being whose body structure resembles that of a human. In the case of Jules, because he is a robot – that would place him in the ‘android’ category.

Online Game review: Tribal Wars

Tribal Wars
The game Tribal Wars or in my version Tribos is a great online fun experience with your friends, building, trading and skirmishes to conquer your enemies from your browser type of game, real time strategy persistent world, you establish a base camp it starts of with some supplies (wood, clay, iron) and you buy stuff trade stuff. So far I haven’t engaged in battles with anyone. Graphics are okay but this type of game usually tends to be a little static in animations and it is, the visual aspect of it is still a bit crude, but I’m sure they will work on that in the future because the potential for this game is huge! Good fun *****

This an illustration or rather the digital image manipulation to ilustrate one article on the new Bolton University building, the Chancellors Building has a trendy union bar with a huge plasma, snooker, drinks, and houses the 365 Eagle room, the social learning zone and the new library entrance, nice!
Used some 3D on the letters (maya) the elephant was in Zbrush and the photograph I took it on a sunny day actually one of the last sunny days in Bolton this year, to give a surreal vibe on the whole thing.

A good documentary that I stumbled upon, I have always liked this saga and for every one that don’t know the story or didn’t play the earlier versions, I would really recommend this for you savvy RPG gamer 
Bleach 189 -End of Amagai

The mini vendetta story of Amagai turned out to be another filler in the main plot of Bleach, after the fight with Ichigo which the hero of bleach the underdog ichigo kicked major ass, the soul society is well yet again, when a can of whop-ass and a bit of lip from the the boss pride you to commit suicide aka hara-kiri or in this case self immolation, revenge is a dish best served cold! What you were thinkin son?

Bleach is one of my favorite Anime’s or Manga, either by the level of craft but also the plot is very compelling and entertaining, (of course there are always fillers) I watch it sometimes because every now and then see that every frame of this animated series is one hell of job, I assume they have a great team with sheer quality skills to put such cool story with amazing level of animation.
Big shout to Dattebayo fansubs for their good job on the subs, as always.

My University is expanding, starting to look like one of those proper Universities now. As a finalist I should say that it’s been a huge development when I first got here (in Bolton 2003) the university was only a polytechnic but in 2005 we got the upgrade to University and now with a campus opening in RAK the large investment is starting to bear some fruits.

The long awaited version 3 of Zbrush for Mac OS is released today, I know because I’ve been trying to learn working with zbrush 2 watching tutorials from version 3, now let the real 3D boom commence!
