Skyrim Landscape digital painting

From postcards from skyrim I took an epic skyrim landscape and turned into a digital painting, click on it to see those gorgeous details.

Suffice to say, I used to be an artist like you then I took an nr 2 pencil in the knee.

I Love the game and I play a wood elf jack of all trades type of character, the way that I see it: if I am the dragonborn then all powers are to be mine all the skills, everything, no holding back, but surely I will start a new one once I end the main quests and try a different character approach it’s been a great experience and I just wanted to give something back to the community.

The R/vista brief

Here is a 3D model for a Baby gargoyle that I made using zbrush, it’s still on it’s early stages (no pun intended) but it’s coming along very nicely and gives me an opportunity to pick up where I left off zbrush, couple years ago, this software is an artist’s dream, no wonder most if not all the high-end gaming pipeline, relies on this package, like Dragon Age.

Would be nice to get some comments, what you think?

Update: And the finished piece was published on the number 1 of an online creative magazine named R/VISTA which I was honoured to participate.

ASH DASH online game

My friend Diogo M. and some of his mates created this game out of pure boredom after being stranded in some airports during the Eyjafjallajökull (volcano that grounded most of the european flights) incident, it’s a great game to play especially if you have some time to kill say in an airport? joking aside, it’s a fast paced flash game where the objective is to land as many planes as you can in the European airports avoiding the ash cloud of the fierce icelandic volcano Eyjaf’.

My Brute Online game review

Well this one is one of the most exciting games (on browser) out there at the moment, I’m so hooked on this one that I promise it will make you hooked too.

You start as level 1 fighter, you can customize apperance, but it’s one of the few things you can do to custom your character, at least in this version I am told that the iphone version includes loads of features that surely for the most avid gamers the 3 pound fee isn’t so bad, generate a name for it and you’re set, enter the arena. it’s a brawler type game where you gain experience by fighting other characters or recruiting pupils, and you bet they will call you master.

You got weapons, special skills, and the character designs is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time.

Online Game review: Tribal Wars

Tribal Wars

The game Tribal Wars or in my version Tribos is a great online fun experience with your friends, building, trading and skirmishes to conquer your enemies from your browser type of game, real time strategy persistent world, you establish a base camp it starts of with some supplies (wood, clay, iron) and you buy stuff trade stuff. So far I haven’t engaged in battles with anyone. Graphics are okay but this type of game usually tends to be a little static in animations and it is, the visual aspect of it is still a bit crude, but I’m sure they will work on that in the future because the potential for this game is huge! Good fun *****

The History of Final Fantasy (so far..)

A good documentary that I stumbled upon, I have always liked this saga and for every one that don’t know the story or didn’t play the earlier versions, I would really recommend this for you savvy RPG gamer
